Reduce wear on no. 4 & 5 main cap bearings (Standard manifolds create more bang on no.3, whilst no.1 runs like a normally aspirated diesel)

This kit is sold as a change over item. Upon receival of your old inlet manifold, your core charge of $200 will be refunded.

Kit Includes the following:
1 x Modified Inlet Manifold
2 x ESR2912 Intercooler Elbow Hoses (Standard 300tdi part, you'll find one of these on your turbo outlet)
1 x ESR2913 Intercooler Straight Hose (Standard 300tdi part, you'll find one of these on your Intercooler Inlet)
1 x ERR3785 Gasket for Inlet/Exhaust Manifold
4 x STC128 Hose Clamps for Intercooler Hoses

Note: If your Air Cleaner box has been moved closer to the engine (as a result of some snorkel fitted applications), the twin pipe from Intercooler to Manifold may require shortening at both ends, and hoses trimmed to suit, i.e. You're going to have to do a bit of fettling, but the kit will still fit without parts fouling on objects if done right.
