This is a used part, sold as a reconditioned unit. A Speedi-sleeve may be fitted if deemed necessary to repair a worn seal land. Speedi-sleeves are fitted with epoxy metal filler to fill in the wear on the seal land, this prevents the sleeve deforming and oil leaking under the sleeve.
